Southwest Air
I just read about Southwest Air kicking Kevin Smith off his flight yesterday, basically shaming him for being overweight. I think it’s a crock of shit that Southwest Air tries to position themselves as the customer friendly airline then forces its heavier customers to buy two seats or kicks them off. Flying is already a difficult enough experience. I take 20-30 flights a year for business, but there’s no way I’m subsidizing a policy like this. Southwest air just lost a customer for life.
